Sky: The lost room new sci-fi TV series on Sky
debuts tonight and airs every Wednesday at 21.15, on the Fox channel on Sky 'The Lost Room', a new sci-fi series in 6 episodes of 40 minutes each, produced by Lionsgate Television. The series sees the center, a mysterious motel room inside which contains hundreds of everyday objects with incredible powers. (See Sky: old and new TV series aired in October 2010 on Sky )
This room was once a typical room of a 1960s motel along the famous Route 66, but now is on the outside the normal time and space. Pittsburgh is the protagonist detective Joe Miller (Peter Krause) who will have to try one of the mysterious objects to save the eight year old daughter Anna (Elle Fanning), who died in the room.
Joe must protect at all costs the key that is used to open the room and, in his adventures, will be next to him friends and enemies. Among them, Professor Martin Ruber (Dennis Christopher), a scientist becomes obsessed with the room and will be willing to do anything to take possession of the Key, Jennifer Bloom (Julianna Margulies), a member of a group that aims to find all the objects in the room and hide them to protect humanity and Karl Kreutzfeld (Kevin Pollak), a rich collection of objects, friend and enemy Joe. His controversial and ambiguous figure.
