The journalist was housed in the base in Herat, the headquarters of the Italian mission and some of our forward bases (Known as Fob), and wearing body armor and helmets could see with his own eyes, without any filter, the work and risks faced by some 3500 Italian soldiers operating in Afghanistan to the forefront. Along with the crew visited Sky Farah Bala Murgab Balabaluk and Shaft in Shindand, the four provinces of Afghanistan where they are stationed our nationals (many of them young and from southern Italy) and has participated in some actions on armored vehicles Arrow and Lynx aircraft and Mangusta. As a good reporter

Caressa then told (in words and pictures) this extraordinary experience, unique and intense in a diary-documentary in eight episodes that will air exclusively on Thursdays at 22.30 on Sky One (Sky channel 109) starting tonight, when Good Morning Afghanistan will be sent to the exceptionally 22.

"I'm not some sudden war correspondent - said Fabio - but soon my eyes to the common person who is thrown into a situation that really has nothing in common."
